We created this page because most clients wanted to verify that me or one of our agents is licensed in their state. This page was designed to make that process very easy and straight forward. We are qualified to give you the numbers and information you are requesting. We are also required to handle your personal information according to the laws of your state and we will only ask for the information required by the insurance carrier to submit your request to them. Any licensed agent has continual background checks from the states they are licensed in and also background checks from each carrier that they work with. This ensures that your information is being handled correctly and safely. All of our agents go through that process for your safety and the safety of your personal information. The main direction below will use Joseph Doppe as an example of how to use the search tools and explain the process. Additional agents’ information will be listed in each state they are licensed in for you to use in the exact same way. Just input the required names and numbers but for that agent.
Kentucky
The button that says “Look Up” will take you to the page where you can put in a name (Doppe, Joseph) or my DOI ID (1198545) and you will see the status of my lines of authority.
The “Contact” button will take you to a page with the current contact information to the Department of Insurance in Kentucky and you can call them and give them my name and DOI ID and they will be able to tell you the status of my lines of authority.

Tennessee
I have a license to serve the residents of Tennessee as well. The button that says “Look Up” will take you to a page where you need to select “Tennessee” as the Jurisdiction and “Licensee” as the Search Type. You can put in my name (Doppe, Joseph), my NPN (20297756) and my TN license number (3002181483). You will then see the status of my lines of authority.
The “Contact” button will take you to a page with the current contact information to the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance and you can call them and give them my name, my NPN number and my TN license number. With that information they will be able to tell you the status of my lines of authority.
Ohio
I am licensed the state of Ohio. The button that says “Look Up” will take you to the Agent Look Up form where you need to select “Individual Agents” as the type of search. You can put in my name (Doppe, Joseph), my NPN (20297756) and my OH license number (1473660). You will then see the status of my lines of authority.
The “Contact” button will take you to a page with the current contact information to the Ohio Department of Insurance and you can call them and give them my name, my NPN number and my OH license number. With that information they will be able to tell you the status of my lines of authority.
Indiana
I have a license to serve the residents of Indiana as well. The button that says “Look Up” will take you to a page where you need to select “Indiana” as the State and “Individual” as the Entity Type. You can put in my name (Doppe, Joseph) and that alone will allow you to find my profile. It’s good to have my NPN (20297756) and my IN license number (3863538). You will then have all of my license information and be able see the status of my lines of authority.
